The slogan “Israel is a terror state – it is time to escalate” is shouted at nearly every pro-Palestine demonstration. And indeed, there have also been a few more escalatory actions, like spontaneous demonstrations, occupations, banner drops, pyro actions, militant smashing and burning, graffiti all over Berlin, and so on.

But the biggest escalation came already from the warmongering and genocidal entities. While the horror of the daily genocide seems like an endless apocalypse for the Palestinians, the people in the belly of the beast who dare to resist against this bloody death machine are being heavily criminalized and face beatings, arrests, doxxing, losing their jobs and housing, serious injuries, trials, deportations, and more.

Once again, nearly all pro-Palestine walking demonstrations are forbidden and locations of standing rallies changed by the police not only to silence and hide the protests in public space but also so the cops can beat and arrest people more easily. At every single registered demo and rally, we know we will get attacked and people will get hurt and harmed in other ways.

But we all already know what to do, because we predicted it at so many marches and protests: “IT IS TIME TO ESCALATE”.

As anarchists and people from autonomous circles fighting for a free Palestine, we call to participate in the entire Revolutionary May Day demonstration – in all blocs – with pro-Palestine messages, so that the cops cannot isolate just one bloc. And we call on all anarchist and autonomous affinity groups to take part in defending the spirit of resistance. Last year at the May Day demo in Berlin, it was obvious that the cops already expected escalation (they attacked the demo for chants of ‘From the river to the sea’, for fireworks and flares, etc). Let’s start afresh with all our new experiences and let’s disrupt the state of reason and state of order.

Let’s all step up our efforts and focus our creative energies to develop&realize clever plans that wipe the winner smiles off of the character masks of this disgusting apparatus.

At least now, more people than ever who have experienced the violence of the police during the anti-genocide protests know: Since everything gets repressed, the distinction between “legal” or “illegal” has become meaningless.

So let’s try to make more break-outs, more fast actions, spontaneous marches, more spectacle, and to use the element of surprise creatively against our enemies.

For that we also call for all forms of creative action against the ongoing genocide by “Israel” and all its allies, the profiteers, and their speakers – especially from the Revolutionary May Day to Nakba Day remembrance 15th of May. But really, every day – until Palestine is free.
